Al pastor on corn

We're generous with the meat on our tacos. Get the al pastor on corn, and try the al pastor negro too to taste the difference.

★★★★★ La Guadalupana Taqueria is an awesome local spot! The theme was great, the service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean and smelled amazing. We ordered the beans and rice, carnitas tacos, and a carne asada burrito. Everything was delicious, but that carne asada burrito was the star—it was SO tender and flavorful that I wanted another one right away! 🤤🌮 I also loved the photo op—it was such a fun touch! The only thing I’d suggest improving is adding chips and salsa, since they…

Food is outstanding, street tacos in particular are perfect, Pastor was my favorite of the ones I tried. I've been looking for a place like this ever since moving to Little Elm, I highly recommend trying. Locally owned by husband and wife (Veronica). Great service and food, support your local restaurants. Atmosphere was beautiful, tables/decorations/Mexican art all awesome. Get an Horchata, made from scratch excellent!

My son and I stopped by to check out this newly opened taco shop, and they did not disappoint. My son is 10 and somehow managed to eat four tacos, which tells you everything you need to know. This is a true street taco spot, and that’s exactly what they focus on. The carne asada and tripa tacos were excellent; the meat was tender and flavorful, and the tortillas were soft and served hot. They also have a salsa bar where you can load up on as many toppings as you want. Simple menu, great…

They are generous with their meat portions in their tacos! I got the al pastor on corn and the flavor was amazing! I got a few of their Al pastor negro to compare and see what the difference was, it was subtle but still tasty! Their red salsa is def the winner on the tacos! Stopped by here after work for take out for dinner and will def be back! No frills, no fuss! You don’t need a huge menu if you do it right and they are nailing it with their options! Hopefully they’ll add lengua as an…

I got what I would order anywhere else and definitely did not disappoint. They asked if I liked my tripa crispy and it was exactly how I like it and even better. I tried their special recipe pastor negro and it was so good I’m still thinking about the unique flavors it had! I dressed both tacos with cilantro, onion and one of each salsa they make fresh daily. Each unique flavor pops! Then I had an asada quesadilla with their hot pink sauce. It was definitely hot but I couldn’t stop eating it…
